Alabama Small Boats is located on the Cahaba River which runs into Birmingham's backyard.  People are amazed at the scenery and wildlife winding through populated areas. The stretch that we do starts at Alabama Small Boats and ends 20 miles down river at a place called The Slab.  Depending on the water levels, we could include an additional 5 miles by putting in at Buck Creek in Old Town Helena.  This is a favorite overnight trip, especially for those living near the area who have never experienced the Cahaba’s hidden beauty.
