Winter is the time of year Bald and Golden Eagles are in residence in Alabama at beautiful Lake Guntersville.  Forty or more eagles are visible all around the skyline of this amazing northeast corner of the state.  This is approximately a 10 to 12 mile kayak day-trip which includes a side-hike up Town Creek, one of Alabama's whitewater crown jewels.  This is an excellent opportunity to include the whole family and only runs one time a year.
