Life Jackets).

Reservations
–Reservations
MUST be made and all trips paid in advance to reserve a spot. A credit
card is needed on file for any lost or damaged equipment. Emails will
NOT be
valid for reservations. Please call (new number to come) to make reservations.
Waivers and Sign In Forms
–
A Waiver must be filled out completely and signed by EVERY person before
he/she is allowed to participate. Anyone between the ages of 6 and 18
years old MUST have a parent or guardian’s signature before he or she is
allowed to participate (no
one under 6 allowed).
One person from each group will also have a valid credit card as a deposit
for all of the equipment that is checked out and signed for in case of
broken or lost equipment.
