This
2 day introductory course is designed to give the first-time paddler the
essential skills needed to competently paddle up to class III white water.
It covers boat designs, outfitting, gear, basic strokes, river-running,
river-reading, basic rescue, trip planning, and lots more.
The first day is in a classroom setting & on
flat water, and the second day is all on a whitewater
river.
This is a great course for beginner or
intermediate paddlers and you will not be disappointed with the amount
learned. You will walk away from this course with a since of
accomplishment.
